User Agreement

Acceptance. By using Cherrypop you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Prohibited content. You may not use the platform to generate content involving minors, real identifiable persons without consent, violence, illegal activity, hate or harassment.
Account security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
One person, one account. Each user may maintain a single personal account unless otherwise authorized.
Accuracy of information. You agree to provide accurate, current information when interacting with the platform.
License to use. Cherrypop grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the site for its intended purpose.
Intellectual property. All content, design, AI characters, images, code, names and trademarks are owned by Cherrypop or its licensors.
User content. By sending messages or feedback you grant Cherrypop a non-exclusive license to use them to operate and improve the service.
No reverse engineering. You may not copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
No scraping. Automated scraping, crawling or bulk extraction of content is prohibited without prior written consent.
No resale. You may not resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of Cherrypop.
Payments. If premium features are offered, prices and billing terms will be presented at checkout and must be accepted before payment.
Refunds. Unless required by law, fees paid for digital goods and AI conversation credits are non-refundable.
Free service changes. We may add, modify or remove features at any time without prior notice.
Service availability. Cherrypop is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Third-party services. Some features may rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for their actions or downtime.
Disclaimer. Cherrypop is for entertainment only. AI conversations should not be considered medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
No emergency use. Do not rely on Cherrypop in emergencies. Contact appropriate professional services if needed.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Cherrypop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify Cherrypop against claims, damages and costs arising from your misuse of the platform.

Termination by user. You may stop using Cherrypop at any time by ceasing use of the platform.
